About the client
Entrega is a staffing company that helps couriers and drivers register with platforms like Wolt, Bolt Taxi, Bolt Food, and Bistro – managing the entire process from registration to day-to-day operations. Unlike most clients in this segment, however, it reaches two completely different target groups at once – food-delivery couriers and taxi drivers. We didn’t run campaigns for Bistro, but we included it as a platform where prospects could register directly on the site.
Before our collaboration, they handled marketing entirely on their own – recruitment ran through job portals like Profesia and Bazoš, with the entire marketing effort managed by one internal employee alongside IT and other responsibilities. Social media posts were handled by an external freelancer, but this involved only basic content without a strategy or paid distribution. Entrega decided to properly kickstart its marketing and chose us. The collaboration started as a one-year contract, was extended based on results, and altogether we worked together for two years. Besides performance campaigns, we also took over social media management, administration and oversight of the internal ZOHO CRM system, graphic design work, and consulting on the company’s direction.
The story of our collaboration
NAKAZA was contacted directly by one of Entrega’s co-owners, asking whether we could meet and figure out marketing for the fleet. Up to that point, they’d handled marketing practically on their own and internally – and given the potential the fleet had, it was significantly underused.
At the first introductory meeting, we clarified both the scope and the budget – Entrega had in mind a monthly investment in the range of €2,000 – €3,000 and wanted to know what could be achieved for that amount, and whether we’d even be willing to take on such a collaboration. We mainly discussed which direction social media and performance campaigns could take, and what they expected from a long-term partner – exactly in the spirit of our DNA, where we make room for partnerships, not one-off attempts. Based on that, we prepared 3 pricing options – from the simplest to the most comprehensive.
Our DNA and terms of collaboration
Entrega chose the most comprehensive option. We believed in the project enough to set terms that made sense for both sides:
Insight & Strategy for free: We provided the entire initial analytical phase – including competitor analysis, defining buyer personas, and preparing the strategy – free of charge. This gave Entrega a solid foundation without having to pay for every first step. We took on the investment in getting things off the ground ourselves.
A significant discount on initial activities: In addition to Insight & Strategy, we offered Entrega a discounted price on start-up activities, giving them room to see real results before the full investment kicked in.
A senior team with a clear goal: The project was handled by an experienced team with direct experience in this segment. No testing, no learning on the client’s dime.
HOW IT STARTED
Before the collaboration began, we ran the Insight & Strategy phase – we mapped out the competition in the market, prepared ad samples, and defined two buyer personas: Tomáš the courier and Ivan the taxi driver, since we knew the same messaging wouldn’t work for both. We submitted the entire strategy to Entrega for approval. Once the client signed off, we launched the first activities: search campaigns in Google Ads, lead-generation campaigns in Meta Ads, post boosting, and social media management. Below, you’ll see how this strategy translated into real numbers.
What we did
Throughout our entire collaboration with Entrega, we built their marketing from the ground up, and right from the start for two different target groups at once. It wasn’t just about launching ads, but about building an entire system that connected performance campaigns, social media, the website, and ongoing optimization with a single goal: acquiring new couriers and taxi drivers as efficiently as possible.
Google Ads campaigns
Based on the Insight & Strategy analysis, we knew where to start and what could work. We launched several types of campaigns, but we put the greatest emphasis on search campaigns, because these are the ones that reach people at the exact moment they’re actively looking to register as a courier or as a taxi driver.
With searches like “Wolt courier registration” or “Bolt taxi registration,” a person is already significantly closer to making a decision. That’s why Google Ads naturally has higher conversion potential in this case than channels where we’re reaching users still in the consideration phase.
Over the full 2 years, we continuously optimized the campaigns, tested new keywords, and shifted budget between campaigns based on performance. Google Ads auction insights repeatedly confirmed that Entrega outranked Bolt and Wolt directly in search – the very platforms its couriers and taxi drivers work for. Over the entire period, we generated 5,257 leads from Google Ads at an average cost of €4.15 each.
We set up the search campaigns to appear to people actively looking for courier or taxi driver work. Each ad group had its own keywords, ad copy, and additional information tailored to the specific platform – separately for Wolt and Bolt Food, and separately for Bolt Taxi.
Each platform directed to its own subpage and communicated different benefits – since each service offers different advantages for a courier or taxi driver. This meant that prospects knew exactly what we offered and why it was worth registering through Entrega, even before clicking.

We had to tailor the messaging to each platform individually – Bolt Food, Bolt Taxi, and Wolt each offer completely different benefits for a courier or taxi driver, which is why we communicated something different for each of them.
Bolt Food — search campaign
We targeted our Bolt Food campaigns at prospects looking for courier work with Bolt Food or comparing earning opportunities. In the ads, we communicated simple registration, flexible working hours, vehicle care and everything needed, and payouts up to 4 times a month.
Bolt Taxi — search campaign
Through our Bolt Taxi campaigns, we reached prospects interested in taxi driving – people considering passenger transport as a main or supplementary income. In the ads, we highlighted the stable fleet, the option to choose a specific car, flexibility of shifts, and payouts up to 4 times a month.
Wolt — search campaign
We targeted our Wolt campaigns at prospects looking for courier work with Wolt or comparing earning opportunities. In the ads, we communicated simple and fast registration, flexible working hours, and that we’d take care of everything related to the vehicle and getting started on the courier’s behalf.
Meta Ads
On Meta, we didn’t start primarily with lead-generation campaigns. The goal was first to build an audience, awareness, and trust for both target groups at once. We focused mainly on promoting decision-stage posts and remarketing, where we communicated the benefits of the collaboration, earning opportunities, and the advantages of registering through Entrega – separately for couriers and separately for taxi drivers. The account also included post boosting aimed purely at awareness and brand building, not directly at registrations – which is why the average cost per conversion across the whole account is higher.
Over 2 years, the ads achieved more than 6.2+ million impressions and reached over 682,300 people. The average cost per registration was €31.45. This price is naturally higher than with Google Ads, because Meta Ads reach people who aren’t actively looking to register at that moment. They may only be in the consideration phase or encountering the idea of courier or taxi driver work for the first time.
The difference between these channels is therefore fundamental. Google Ads reaches a person who’s already actively looking for a specific solution. Meta Ads reach the audience earlier, at the moment when a person is still building awareness, comparing options, or just starting to consider courier or taxi driver work.
That’s why we don’t view Meta Ads purely through the lens of direct cost per registration. Their main role was to create demand, warm up the audience, and support assisted conversions. A user might first see an ad on Facebook or Instagram, later search for Entrega on Google, and only then register. This is exactly where the channel’s value lies, which isn’t always visible in standard direct-conversion reports.
At the same time, Meta Ads supported the growth of social media through boosted posts and page-like campaigns, which brought new visitors to the profile and increased interactions. For Entrega, this wasn’t just about immediate leads, but also about long-term brand building and trust, which showed up in the overall growth of registrations across all channels.

Across platforms, we aimed to maintain a consistent, rhythmic headline style that repeated across the different versions, with only small details changing depending on whether we were addressing a courier or a taxi driver. This gave the creatives a consistent voice, even though they targeted completely different audiences.
Bolt Food
An animation with a human touch – a courier delivering and handing over food. Headline: “Work whenever you want, get paid every week!” We communicated that we’d lend the courier a car, bike, or scooter. The CTA in the creative was “I want a job like this”, with the button on the ad itself showing “More information”.
Bolt Taxi
Unlike the courier creatives, here we used a banner instead of an animation. Headline: “Work whenever you want, in a car you choose!” – we kept the same rhythm as in the courier creatives. The CTA was “More information”.
Wolt
A visually identical animation to Bolt Food – a courier delivering and handing over food, headline “Work whenever you want, get paid every week!”, offering a car, bike, or scooter. The CTA in the creative was “I want a job like this”, with the button on the ad itself showing “Register”. This was our cheapest creative across the entire campaign.
Wolt transfers
Our transfer campaigns targeted drivers already working for another fleet – they had everything set up and covered, and the only thing they had to decide was switching to us. That’s precisely why the cost per registration was naturally higher than in campaigns aimed at new prospects – not because of the creative, but because of the audience itself. An established driver who already has a contract elsewhere needs more reasons to switch. That’s why the animation communicated a direct financial reward – headline “Get €100 for transferring to our fleet!” The CTA in the creative was “I want to transfer”, with the button on the ad itself showing “Register”.
Social media
As part of social media management, we managed Facebook and Instagram for Entrega across both the Slovak and Czech markets. Our goal was to build brand awareness, earn the trust of potential couriers, and motivate them to register.
We divided the communication into three levels based on the prospect’s decision-making process. First, we introduced courier work and answered the questions people most often have before registering. Next, we communicated the benefits of collaborating with the fleet, earning opportunities, and the advantages of courier work itself. Finally, we used clear calls to action to motivate prospects to register, showing that getting started is simple, fast, and accessible to practically anyone.
We built the content across all platforms to cover the entire decision-making journey of a potential courier or taxi driver. Thanks to this combination, we were able to reach people at different stages of their decision-making journey – from those just starting to consider courier or taxi driver work to those ready to register.

Summary of all results
The results below capture 2 years of our collaboration with Entrega. Unlike typical courier recruitment, throughout the entire period we were working with two separate target groups at once – couriers for Wolt and Bolt Food, and taxi drivers for Bolt Taxi.
Over 2 years, we brought Entrega a total of 8,259 registrations across all channels. In Google Ads, we also reached a point where Entrega outranked Bolt and Wolt directly in search – the very platforms its couriers and taxi drivers work for.
This result isn’t just about the ads. It’s the result of a comprehensive approach, where performance campaigns, social media, and ongoing optimization worked as one system for both target groups at the same time.
Google Ads — 2 years of collaboration
Throughout the full 2 years, Google Ads was the main performance channel for both target groups. Search campaigns played the biggest role, reaching people at the exact moment they were actively looking to register as a courier or a taxi driver. It’s precisely at this moment that search advertising naturally has the highest conversion potential.
Besides the registrations themselves, Google Ads also generated additional contacts via phone and email – some prospects didn’t want to fill out a form right away and preferred direct contact instead. We consider these interactions an important part of the campaigns’ performance as well, since they help capture people who might otherwise not complete their registration online.
In Google Ads auction insights, we repeatedly managed to rank above Bolt and above Wolt, the very platforms Entrega’s couriers and taxi drivers work for. This means that when a prospect searched for something like “Wolt courier job” or “Bolt taxi registration”, Entrega’s ad appeared in the top positions – not Bolt or Wolt themselves. This meant Entrega was competing for prospects’ attention before the platforms themselves even had a chance to reach them.
Meta Ads — 2 years of collaboration
Meta Ads wasn’t set up primarily as a channel focused on directly collecting registrations. Its main role was to build awareness, warm up the audience, and support assisted conversions for both couriers and taxi drivers at once. Thanks to this, Entrega was regularly appearing in front of potential prospects even before they searched for it on Google.
The average cost per registration from Meta Ads was €31.45 – higher than with Google Ads, which is natural for this channel. Part of the budget went toward boosting focused purely on awareness rather than directly on collecting registrations, which naturally raises the average cost across the whole account. Meta Ads also reach an audience that isn’t actively looking to register at that moment, but is only in the consideration phase or encountering the idea of courier or taxi driver work for the first time.
The value of this channel therefore isn’t visible only in the direct cost per registration. A user might first see an ad on Facebook or Instagram, later search for Entrega on Google, and only then register – and it’s precisely the sum of these steps that produced the result of 8,259 registrations over 2 years across all channels.
GA4 — all conversions over 2 years
Over the entire 2-year period, we tracked conversions in GA4 across all channels, not just from paid campaigns. Organic search, direct traffic, social media, and users who returned to the site after a previous interaction with the brand all contributed to the results.
The largest share of the results came from submitted registrations for couriers driving for Wolt, Bolt Food, and Bistro. Alongside the forms, prospects also came in through email and phone number clicks, which shows that some of them preferred direct contact over filling out a form.
Together, these results show that over 2 years we managed to build a functioning recruitment marketing system for two different target groups at once, combining performance campaigns, social media, and ongoing optimization. In total, over this period we recorded 8,259 registrations across all channels, supplemented by thousands of additional direct contacts via phone and email.
Expansion into the Czech Republic
Following our success in Slovakia, we prepared an Insight & Strategy for Entrega for the Czech market as well. Before launching the campaigns themselves, we also built a website for the Czech market, so we’d have something for the campaigns to connect to. As soon as it was finalized at the end of 2024, we kicked off the expansion, and we managed the Czech campaigns until the collaboration ended.
We brought the same approach that worked in Slovakia across the border, with the difference that in the Czech Republic we focused primarily on couriers. We managed Google Ads for Wolt, Meta Ads for both Wolt and Bolt Food, and we also covered both platforms as part of social media management and post boosting.
Throughout our collaboration in the Czech Republic, we recorded more than 1,690 registrations in GA4, alongside additional contacts via phone and email. The expansion into the Czech Republic thus confirmed that the system we built in Slovakia could be successfully brought across the border as well.
Conclusion
Over 2 years of collaboration, we built a recruitment system for Entrega covering two completely different target groups at once – both couriers and taxi drivers. Together, we brought in 8,259 registrations, got Entrega ranking in search above Bolt and Wolt, and successfully brought the same system to the Czech market as well.
This is exactly how we approach other projects too. We don’t treat collaboration as a short-term test lasting a few months, but set it up so it makes sense long-term. We don’t just look at the ads, but at the whole system – campaigns, content, website, data, communication, and the business goal.
This is our DNA – besides setting up collaborations for the long term, our projects are handled by a senior team, and we look for solutions meant to deliver results, not just testing without a clear goal.
