The company Čistá voda offers water purification and treatment solutions as well as affordable water filters. It has been on the market for over 15 years and has become a market leader in that time. The young owner, Peter, wanted to start raising awareness of his brand and products, which would naturally increase sales over time.
The most suitable solution for brand building was social media management, specifically Facebook. Products by Čistá voda are good and functional, but not very sexy, so we knew they would be very hard to sell using the traditional method. So we came up with a different strategy, and together with the owner, we agreed to invest all of our start-up funds in education and outreach.
So we started educating people on Facebook about our water, as a lot of households in the country have a problem with it, but have no idea about it. We created a unique content concept, which included product contests, educational blogs or interesting facts about water, for example, which were very successful among Clean Water fans. This helped us to stabilize the brand and confirm its leadership on the Slovak market.
After a few months, our strategy started to prove successful and the number of orders started to increase. Soon, sales from Facebook accounted for a significant part of sales. After a successful year-long cooperation, the client asked us to cover the communication in the Czech Republic as part of the company’s expansion.
During our long-term cooperation, we have also created several campaigns for Čistá voda on various occasions. First of all, however, it was a Christmas or Black Friday campaign. Especially Black Friday enjoyed great success and recorded several times higher sales compared to the monthly average.
During the cooperation, which lasted for 4 years, Čistá voda and Nakaza achieved excellent results. We created a unique type of communication on social networks, which after a few months started to bring positive results. After the brand was stabilized on the market, the sales of Čistá voda began to exceed the invested media budget several times over. During the campaigns, we achieved 500% higher sales than average, with only a slight increase in the media budget. Together, we expanded the brand into the Czech Republic. We gathered several thousand fans on social media during our cooperation.
