The story of the Baron began to be written in 2018. The client came to us with a fictional character of a vampire, but did not know what to do with it. The first idea was the game, but after doing analyzes and market research, we agreed to give the Baron life in the cartoon. Well, he shouldn’t have been an ordinary vampire. His characteristics are completely opposite, as we know from vampires, and his goal is to become an influencer / youtuber so that the project can be as close to the children as possible. Doesn’t your children want to be Youtuber too? If you want to know more about the Baron’s story and his adventures, you can watch the cartoon on YouTube. Next we will look at what we created for the client.
The cartoon consists of 8 animated episodes, for which we created screenplays, storyboards, complete animation and editing. We also arranged the sound production and voice over, which was spoken by singer and musician Peter Bažík.
Before the episodes were released, we started managing social media channels and released a pre-campaign, which lasted 2 months and gradually revealed the main character – Baron and his friends. After the gradual publication of episodes of cartoon, we used social networks mainly to support them. You can find Baron profiles on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
We also used influencer marketing to raise awareness of the cartoon and involved several influencers in the pre-campaign. It was interesting to watch the small communities of Baron’s fans slowly build on influencer profiles.
Another requirement of the client was the creation of an original merch. In this case, we participated in its design and created 2 collections. One with the logo and face of the Baron for the biggest fans and the other, as usual, garlic! And the biggest surprise? All t-shirts and sweatshirts glow in the dark!
If you liked our work on this project and you are interested in using one of our services from animation to social network management, we are here for you.
